Once an order is "Processing," the customer may request a cancelation. We will happily request a cancelation. However, it is up to the manufacturer to stop the order from being processed. There may be times when the item was prepared for shipping and the manufacturer will not cancel the order. In such a scenario, the customer will have to accept the delivery and we will request a return from the manufacturer. We will supply the customer with return instructions after we have received them. The customer will receive a full refund less any expenses we have incurred (ex. shipping, restocking if applicable..).
